Nursing Care Plan

SOME SORT OF nursing care plan outlines the nursing care to get provided to an individual/family/community. Elements of the nursing care plan:

The nursing care plan contains a nursing diagnosis along with defining characteristics (subjective as well as objective data that service the diagnosis), related components or risk factors, estimated outcomes/goals, and nursing interventions.
